  1. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, lemon juice, curry powder, pepper, and salt until combined.
  2. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Pour the dressing mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add the shallot, grapes, and walnuts. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon chicken salad evenly into lettuce leaves before serving. Enjoy within 3 days.
