  1. In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the edamame, cabbage, bell pepper, cucumber, green onion, and sesame seeds.
  3. Add the sesame-ginger vinaigrette and toss to evenly coat. For best flavor, serve immediately.
