- In a medium bowl, stir the cottage cheese, ¾ cup shredded cheese, spinach, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the pizza sauce evenly over the top, then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese, tomatoes, and pepperoni.
- Place in the oven and bake 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is heated through.
