  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Pour ½ cup of beaten eggs into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread them into an even layer. Cook 1–2 minutes, until set, then gently flip.
  4. Sprinkle egg wrap with 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese. Cook 1 minute more until the cheese melts. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool slightly. Repeat with remaining eggs, bacon, and cheese to make 4 wraps.
  5. Place egg wrap on a tortilla. Top one side with 1 tablespoon mashed avocado, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 slice turkey, and 2 tablespoons tomatoes. Roll up tightly and slice in half.
